Weigh in 23/02/2012

Sorry for the delayed weigh in, this week I lost 1lb taking my total to 5 stone 1lb (71lbs) I took the weight I was on the Tuesday morning instead of Thursday as I spent Wednesday being really sick so the scales said I'd lost 6lbs this week which is definitely a false reading and I have already seen some of this go back on as my eating returns to normal.

This week was a bit of a blah week I was extremely tired (more so than usual for a night shift) and it's continued to this week I just have no energy to do anything and my eating is all over the place as I still feel slightly sick I am having small meals but they don't always contain fruit and vegetables, I am hoping this feeling goes away so I can get back to eating normal, nutritious meals.

    1. Yay we can be 71lb loser buddies! I still can't quite believe how much weight that is. Weightloss is hard and I'm in total awe of people who have lost 70lbs+

  2. I hope you're feeling better this week and that the computer fiasco will be solved! Blogger doesn't seem to always tell me when someone has posted a new blog even though I've stated that I'm following you.

    1. Feeling slightly better but just can't shake the nausea.

      We have to ring computer shop tomorrow to see how much it is to have a new motherboard installed, if it's not worth it will be going out for new computer for Thursday all being well!

      I find sometimes blogger doesn't follow when I click the follow button, also people's post's don't always show up (bit like youtube!)
