Stuffed Chicken Breast with a tomato and prawn sauce

Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast 

1 Chicken Breast
2 slices of Bacon
2 tbsp Quark
1 Garlic Clove crushed
Dried Chives
1/2 tsp Paprika
Splash of Worcester Sauce



  1. In a bowl mix together Quark, Garlic, Chives, Paprika and Worcester sauce.
  2. Slice the Chicken breast down the middle to make a pocket for the Quark mix.
  3. Place quark mix in the chicken breast and wrap in the bacon
  4. Cook in the oven on 180C for 20-25 minutes.



Ingredients for Tomato and Prawn sauce
Chopped Onion

1 Garlic Clove crushed
Sliced Peppers 

Sliced Mushrooms
Handful of ready-cooked Prawns
2 Chopped  fresh Tomatoes
Passata
Italian Oxo Cube
Salt and Pepper


  1. Fry Onions, Garlic, Peppers and Mushrooms in some frylight. Once soft add in Prawns.
  2. Add in chopped tomatoes and stir. Then add passata.
  3. Add Italian Oxo Cube and Salt and Pepper to taste. Yo can also use any other herbs and spices of your choice. 

Once cooked serve with your choice of vegetables. This recipe is syn free on red and extra easy days. Enjoy!
