Honey glazed pork with mash and vegetables

4-5 Garlic Cloves (or 4-5 tsp Garlic Puree)
10 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Level tbsp Clear Honey
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
Some Salt & Black Pepper

1. Place pork in a shallow oven resistant dish.
2. Mix all the ingredients together
3. Pour sauce onto the pork and allow to marinade for 4-5 hours.
4. Then place in a pre-heated oven 180C until cooked through.

For the mash I boiled potatoes in salted water, when mashing the potatoes I added a drop of skimmed milk and one egg, this makes it creamy as if you have used butter.

Serve with savoy cabbage and baby carrots

Extra Easy syns = 5 syns (honey is 2.5 syns per level tbsp) *

*You could keep the syns down by replacing the honey with sweetener or using half honey half sweetener.
