Sorry for the delayed weigh in, this week I lost 1lb taking my total to 5 stone 1lb (71lbs) I took the weight I was on the Tuesday morning instead of Thursday as I spent Wednesday being really sick so the scales said I'd lost 6lbs this week which is definitely a false reading and I have already seen some of this go back on as my eating returns to normal.
This week was a bit of a blah week I was extremely tired (more so than usual for a night shift) and it's continued to this week I just have no energy to do anything and my eating is all over the place as I still feel slightly sick I am having small meals but they don't always contain fruit and vegetables, I am hoping this feeling goes away so I can get back to eating normal, nutritious meals.
Yay you've lost same as me now. I'm a 71lb loser! Hehe.
ReplyDeleteYay we can be 71lb loser buddies! I still can't quite believe how much weight that is. Weightloss is hard and I'm in total awe of people who have lost 70lbs+
DeleteI hope you're feeling better this week and that the computer fiasco will be solved! Blogger doesn't seem to always tell me when someone has posted a new blog even though I've stated that I'm following you.

DeleteWe have to ring computer shop tomorrow to see how much it is to have a new motherboard installed, if it's not worth it will be going out for new computer for Thursday all being well!
I find sometimes blogger doesn't follow when I click the follow button, also people's post's don't always show up (bit like youtube!)
