2 syn Coleslaw


2 grated carrots
Grated white cabbage
1 grated onion
4 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
3 tbsp fat free fromage frais
Garlic granules
Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder

1. Grate all the vegetables
2. In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, fromage frais and seasoning together
3. Combine all ingredients

You can use any seasoning you like. For a syn free version just use fat free fromage frais
