Potato Salad

Ingredients

New potatoes
2 tbsp of Extra Light Mayonnaise
Fromage frais 
Chives
Garlic



1. Boil the potatoes until cooked
2. Chill the potatoes and then cut into bite size chunks.

3. In a separate bowl mix together the mayonnaise, fromage frais, chives and garlic. Use as much fromage frais as you like.




 4. Mix together and enjoy. I serve it with some savoury rice and a chopped salad.



1 syn for the whole lot, to make this syn free leave out the mayonnaise.
