Pepper and Onion Burgers

Ingredients


Makes 6 burgers

500g lean steak mince
1 pepper or  3 baby peppers
1 Onion
1 egg
Garlic
Salt and and Pepper
Mixed herbs


  1. Dice the onion and pepper into small pieces.
  2. Place mine in a bowl, add onion, peppers and seasoning and mix.
  3. Add egg and mix.
  4. Place mixture in fridge for half an hour.
  5. Mould the mixture into burgers.
  6. Place the burgers on a oven tray and place in oven on 200c for 25-30 minutes
  7. Serve on wholemeal roll (HEB) with salad and wedges. 
This recipe is great to use as meatballs with spaghetti.
