Savoury Rice with fish and prawns

I made this dish for dinner a few days ago and it was delicious and really simple to do.


1 packet of Bachelors Mild Curry Savoury Rice
King Prawns
Sliced yellow peppers
Fresh tomato cut into chunks
Haddock fillet
Tikka Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper
Lemon juice

1. Make up the rice according to the instructions. I do mine in the microwave as I've lost count of the times I've had to thrown pans away due to burnt rice!

2. Place the haddock fillet in some tin foil season with salt and pepper and squeeze some lemon juice onto the fish. Wrap the foil and place in oven on 180c-200c for 25 minutes.

3. Quickly fry king prawns, yellow pepper and tomato in fry light with some curry powder, this adds a bit more kick to the dish.

4. Flake the haddock and mix all ingredients together.
