Food Diary: 13/01/2011

Today was a red day

Breakfast

Shredded Wheat and semi skimmed milk

Scrambled egg, mushrooms and tomatoes


Dinner

Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and pickle with a tablespoon of Kraft light garlic and herb dressing
2 chicken thighs

Snack

Weight Watchers lemon tart yoghurt

Tea

Chicken and bacon salad sandwich and cup of homemade vegetable soup
