Weigh in 02/02/2012

I weighed in on Thursday morning and lost 1lb this week. I am happy with this as I wasn't 100% on plan for the whole week, I really struggled the first half of the week mainly because I was disheartened by my maintain the week before. I thought that I had grown out of being upset when the scale didn't show what I was expecting but obviously not!

So onwards and downwards I am hoping to get 2lbs off this week so that I finally hit my 5 stone (70lbs) loss mark. I have another 8 days left before I am due to go back to work so this is the week of exercise and good home cooked meals. I have finally worked out getting my bike rack on my car and plan to do some bike riding on Monday, Jonathan has my car over the weekend for work as his car spectacularly failed it's MOT, my Dad's friend who does the MOT's didn't know how the car was stopping as the brakes were so bad!

For meals this week I am planning to do:

  • Chicken dinner
  • Lamb and colcannon pie
  • Fish pie
