Weigh in update 16/02/2011

This week's weigh in was a maintain, I thought I would have had a loss but I think the meal out for my sister and friends birthday must have done more damage that what I thought. I did drink alcohol but only had 2 glasses of wine and 3 disorrono and diet cokes.

I have kept up with my walking and also I have done two sessions of Just Dance on the Wii, this week as I am on nights I plan to incorporate my exercise into my shifts and am hoping to do 3-4 miles of walking every shift.

  1. It is a shame when the weigh in doesn't go as expected, I know it is a little disappointing.
    You did great with exercise, good luck with trying to incorporate it at work.

  2. I think you can still be proud of your efforts this week. I always struggle after I've been out for food too. Good luck for next week!
