We have some international grocers here and it would be fun to try to find these things. My wife loves cheese but not sure if she likes the blue cheeses or not. I'll let you know if I get to this!Berthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08653292532850991204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4354326868597827558.post-59640889069008792712012-04-07T11:01:41.038-07:002012-04-07T11:01:41.038-07:00I usually use 28g of Stilton cheese, I read that S...I usually use 28g of Stilton cheese, I read that Stilton can only be made in three counties in England so might be difficult to get over there and if you can might be really expensive but just look for a smelly strong blue cheese. I used about 125g quark. I use a lot of pasta as it's something I don't need to weigh on the plan I follow, but packets usually say 100g pasta per person.

Herbs use 1 clove of garlic, teaspoon of chives and a couple of twists of cracked black pepper. I also sometimes put some chilli in for a bit of a kick, but I know you would probably laugh at the tiny amount I use!

I use mainly frozen veg so a handful on diced onions, handfuls of mixed peppers and around 6 sliced mushrooms.Gemmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15878886913330395037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4354326868597827558.post-63040426939635667992012-04-07T03:24:03.266-07:002012-04-07T03:24:03.266-07:00If you could give even approximate identities and ...If you could give even approximate identities and amounts of the herbs and other ingredients then I'd seriously consider trying this one. I'd have to search to find the cheeses but it might be fun to try.Berthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08653292532850991204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4354326868597827558.post-33319611317288785292012-04-06T13:13:04.236-07:002012-04-06T13:13:04.236-07:00Stilton is a strong and smelly blue cheese so a li...Stilton is a strong and smelly blue cheese so a little gives a lot of flavour. I can't really eat it on it's own but is much better than other cheeses for flavouring quark.Gemmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15878886913330395037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4354326868597827558.post-83800862816214558872012-04-05T10:47:07.739-07:002012-04-05T10:47:07.739-07:00Again sounds good. Ah well.Berthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08653292532850991204noreply@blogger.com
